I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience of working with individual adults and couples. I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and an accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
I have extensive experience in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and general life crises.
